A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Originally from Buffalo, NY (go Bills!), Dave has been a resident of Snohomish County for almost 25 years. Dave has helping folks purchase and refinance their homes for over 20 years. He takes great joy in educating his clients about the many options that are available in the marketplace. Dave’s clients like the fact that he cares about their situation and does what’s best for them. When you work with Dave you get highly competitive rates, sound advice, straight forward answers, and a strong commitment to communication. While Dave does not believe it is professional or effective to solicit business solely based on low rates, he wants his clients to understand that personalized service does not mean higher rates or fees.
When he’s not helping his clients with purchasing or refinancing, he enjoys spending time with his three kids, and awesome wife, Karen. He’s an avid outdoor enthusiast, climbing and skiing the peaks of the Northwest. He’s also an active volunteer with Everett Mountain Rescue and a Rescue Technician on Snohomish County Sheriff’s Helicopter Response Team. Dave also volunteers as an instructor for Everett Mountaineer’s avalanche and backcountry ski courses.
